Through a blend of Psychotherapy and somatic body movements you will experience the pleasures of remembering who you are, connecting to your deepest truths and intuition, letting your wildness out, calming the stress response in your nervous systems and enhancing your ability to show your authentic self to the world.
Your body is an instrument of Pleasure and not pain. The more you play with this instrument the more pleasure you will enjoy. You may be living in your head, your critical mind disconnected from your body and numbing yourself. A life of a mind disconnected from your body leads to anxiety, fear, depression and isolation.

It is my intention to provide you a sacred and safe space to birth your brilliance and shine. In other words…

Come as you are, and discover MORE of who you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not long ago in a village the women got together once a week to wash clothes by the river. When they did they laughed out loud, sang together and even cried and held silence for the women who needed it that day.

It was an attractive sight for the passersby to see these women laugh in sisterhood. Their children played not far away from them and felt safe and nurtured to be surrounded by this communal of women.

Soon they all got washing machines, there was a sudden outbreak of depression and no one could figure out why.

It was the absence of time spent doing things together. It was the absence of community. Friends, sisterhood, they’ve all gotten so independent.

There is true magic when women come together and hold hands and share ideas and share stories and struggles and endless bowls of salsa. You use your gifts, and I’ll use mine, and then we’ll invite that girl over there who brings a completely different set of skills to the table we are building, and we’ll watch together as something miraculous unfold.~ This is the power of groups.

Your emotions impact your body and mind, but it goes the other way around too. Somatic psychotherapy uses body movements to shift how you feel and think by changing the chemistry in your body. When you feel something through your body, you understand right away the results and know if they are right for you or not, because you understand processes faster through your body than through the mind.

It’s the process of releasing repressed feelings and behavior created by past hurts and circumstances. These are pains that have been stored in your mind and that have been trapped in your physical body. By changing your body language through conscious movement and cognitive exercises, you release these and become freer of them.

The Body, our Primary Home, is where we Learn to Love, Trust, and Act.

  • Experience a multi-model approach to healing and emotional release using movement, expressive arts, visualization, meditation and journaling.
  • Learn the rationale of assessing body-based coping as optimal for recovery and wellness.
  • Learn how movement-based or spiritually-based practices qualify as “coping skills” for recovery and wellness.
  • This practice will allow you to move out of your thinking mind and into your creative mind , letting go of judgements, feeling Alive, Passionate and connected with your Erotic Energy which is your Life Force Energy.
  • You will experience More confidence, self-awareness, power, clarity, vitality, sensitivity, motivation, happiness, higher resilience, boldness, and high level Erotic Intelligence.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to come and Flow with me.

The process starts with a 1-on-1 Session in which we together go over an in-depth questionnaire of Somatic assessment of Your bodily complaints, your energy blocks, and identifying the areas in your life where you feel stuck , imbalanced and are not connected to your true self.

Through a felt experience we map out your Somatic Imprint, identifying the root cause of what is holding you back, impacting your embodiment today.

Once the assessment is done you join our 10 Sessions ( 2nd & 4th Friday every Month 7pm EST / 5:30 am IST online or in person Group ) Flow Meditation Practice where you will develop the kind of somatic awareness needed to connect with your true Sensual Self.
